What do NASA, Jet Propulsion Labs (JPL), Research Universities, and Automotive Testing Laboratories know about your vehicle’s engine that would benefit you?

They know this:
Hydrogen ("H2") gas added as a fuel enhancer to any diesel or gasoline engine produces some other amazing benefits such as:
  • More power,
  • Smoother engine response,
  • Cleaner oil,
  • Removal of performance robbing carbon deposits,
  • Helps keep internal engine parts cleaner, promoting longer life; and,
  • Most importantly, it improves fuel mileage, in both gasoline and diesel engines. Using H2 gas can improve fuel mileage between 15% to 20% above a vehicles EPA highway mileage.
Cars and small trucks with a catalytic converter, and the long haul rigs with EGR and urea-SCR systems share the same basic approach to remove unburned fuel (HC), PM, NOx,and other pollutants. These systems remove pollutants in the exhaust where no work is done.
Adding Hydrogen to the air/fuel mixture burns all the fuel, and reduces pollution in the combustion chamber where all work is done.

Adding Hydrogen does not harm the pollution control system or violate any EPA requirements.

Fewer pollutants put into the exhaust, reduces the amount of work that these pollution control systems have to do. This helps keep them cleaner, longer.

Hydrogen is far superior to all combustible fuels (See FAQ page) and has a number of unique properties that make it the perfect fuel enhancer for internal combustion engines.
  1. When your engine burns gasoline or diesel fuel, what is actually burning are the Hydrogen atoms in the fuel molecules.  So when you add Hydrogen gas to your fuel mixture you’re actually adding a little more fuel.
  2. Hydrogen gas is lighter than, and disperses quickly in, air. When it enters the combustion chamber it mixes completely with the air/fuel mixture and surrounds the gasoline or diesel molecules with Hydrogen atoms.
  3. Hydrogen burns 10 times faster than gasoline or diesel.  Upon ignition the Hydrogen atoms almost instantaneously ignite the other Hydrogen atoms in the air/fuel mixture and they in turn ignite the gasoline or diesel fuel molecules next to them.  This causes a more complete burn of the air/fuel mixture in the combustion chamber.
  4. Hydrogen has a much higher auto-ignition (self detonation) temperature than diesel. Because of this the Hydrogen doesn't self detonate before the diesel fuel mixture does.  Once the diesel ignites, it ignites the Hydrogen and the Hydrogen's faster flame speed ignights the diesel molecules and improves the burn of the rest of the fuel mixture. Hydrogen's auto-ignition temperature is also much higher than gasoline so there's no worry of pre-ignition in high compression gasoline engines.
  5. When Hydrogen burns with air it converts back into water “H2O”, which is instantly turned into steam by absorbing combustion heat.  This steam promote slightly lower combustion chamber temperatures, thus preventing the formation of NOx (Smog).  Additionally this steam raises combustion chamber pressure, providing a little more power, and helps remove carbon deposits.
  6. Because the air/fuel mixture is burned more completely, the exhaust sensors detect too less Oxygen and instruct  the vehicle's engine computer to reduce the amount of fuel in the air/fuel mixture.  The result is fuel burned completely in the combustion chamber and less unburned fuel sent into the exhaust.
Does that mean that engine performance drops because it's using less fuel?  ABSOLUTELY NOT! The engine is not burning less fuel.  It's burning the same amount as before but now it burns all the fuel in the Combustion Chamber, leaving no unburned fuel to be sent into the exhaust.  In addition, the additional Hydrogen gas (fuel) and increased combustion chamber pressure, caused by the creation of a small amount of steam, improves engine performance.

HydroTube is a plug and play device:
1. HydroTube uses the excess electricity that your alternator is already making.

Your alternator can only produce a limited amount of excess electrical energy beyond what your vehicle requires to operate. Therefore gas production efficiency, the amount of H2 gas versus unwanted heat, produced per watt of energy is critical. Hot and cold termperatures, exposure to water, salt, dirt, and constant vibration are all factors that cause other H2 generators to fail.  Not so with the HydroTube. Just maintain the water level in the tanks and enjoy trouble free operation.
